By accessing or using Flusk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Flusk is an enterprise AI governance and productivity platform that enables organizations to observe AI usage, build AI solutions, and provide employees with governed AI tools. The Platform includes the Observe module (AI usage analytics), Build module (solution builder), and Use module (employee AI mastermind).
You must create an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify Flusk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Flusk reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the Platform to train competing AI models; (c) exceed usage limits set in your subscription; (d) share access credentials with unauthorized parties; or (e) use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable law.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our . You retain ownership of your data. By using the Platform, you grant Flusk a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services described herein. Flusk implements enterprise-grade security measures including SOC 2 Type II controls and GDPR-compliant data handling.
The Platform uses large language models to generate content, suggestions, and analyses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Flusk is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use in production systems.
Flusk retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, design, and documentation. Solutions, agents, and automations you create using the Platform are your property, subject to our underlying technology license. You may not use Flusk's trademarks without prior written consent.
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your subscription agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flusk's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Flusk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Flusk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
